BA, Economics, Williams College Experience Scott Mayfield, Vice President, is an expert in corporate finance, valuation, and applied econometrics. While at CRA, Dr. Mayfield has directed research involving general business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, securities litigation, breach of contract, bankruptcy, and restructuring issues. His work at CRA has involved a broad range of industries and products, including computer hardware and software, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, investment banking, portfolio management, consumer retailing, collateralized mortgage obligations and other asset-backed securities, aircraft engines, lumber, and farm equipment. Prior to rejoining CRA, Dr. Mayfield taught Corporate Financial Management in the MBA program at the Harvard Business School. While at CRA, Dr. Mayfield has also taught corporate finance and valuation in a variety of HBS executive education programs.
