Revisions to the Horizontal Merger Guidelines The FTC and DOJ released the 2010 Horizonal Merger Guidelines on August 19, 2010. Charles River Associates participated in public workshops, made formal submissions to the agencies, and published articles on the guidelines. Click here to read more.
